Looks like the little yellow shirts may be a uniform how nice that it is a bright cheerful color instead of drab brown or black like we do in the states. Looks like a fun snack time to get to dip your own donut in chocolate sprinkles yum!
Yes, it is one of their uniforms. They also have white shirt and plaid pants as uniform that is used on alternate days.
Looks like the little man had a lot of fun!
